We are seeking a highly analytical and technology-savvy Financial Analyst for a contract assignment expected to last 6 months or longer. This role requires a finance professional with 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, and reporting who can support key business initiatives and provide actionable insights to leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Excel-based modeling, accounting analytics, and ad hoc reporting, along with the ability to work across multiple systems and data sources.
Job Responsibility:
Build, maintain, and enhance complex financial models to support planning, forecasting, and business analysis
Support accounting and finance teams with analytics related to financial reporting
Generate ad hoc reports and analyses for Financial Reporting Managers and other business leaders
Prepare and analyze reports related to cash flow, supply chain, and revenue
Review large data sets to identify trends, variances, and key business drivers
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting support
Partner cross-functionally with accounting, finance, operations, and supply chain teams
Translate data into clear, actionable insights for management
Improve and streamline reporting processes through technology and automation
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of financial data and reporting deliverables
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
3+ years of financial analysis experience
Strong experience with financial modeling and analytical reporting
Experience supporting accounting analytics and financial reporting needs
Proven ability to create and run ad hoc reports for management
Experience preparing analysis related to cash flow, supply chain, and revenue
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including: Complex financial models
Pivot tables

Strong technology skills with experience using financial systems, ERP platforms, and reporting tools
