Financial Analyst

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis, forecasting, and performance insights
• Support budget creation and management by partnering with department leaders and ensuring accurate financial inputs
• Conduct financial analysis, including trend analysis, cost-benefit assessments, and modeling to support decision-making
• Track grant budgets, monitor expenditures, and prepare required financial reports for grant-funded programs
• Support annual audit preparation by organizing documentation and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations
• Maintain accurate financial records, recommend process improvements, and collaborate with program and department leaders on financial matters

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a nonprofit environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, with experience in financial modeling and data analysis
• familiarity with Word and PowerPoint
• Experience with accounting software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently

Sage Intacct experience is a plus
