Financial Analyst

• Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial data to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to project business performance and evaluate potential scenarios
• Conduct variance analysis on financial results and provide clear explanations and recommendations to management
• Collaborate with department leads to gather data, build forecasts, and identify opportunities for cost reduction and growth
• Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, including dashboard and executive presentations
• Support the evaluation of business opportunities, investments, and ad hoc projects by performing financial due diligence and analysis
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reporting and compliance with internal policies and procedures
• Keep up to date with industry trends, market data, and best practices in financial analysis

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in financial analysis or a similar role
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret and communicate complex financial information
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
