Job Description:

Come and join an exciting global property developer that's doing great things for the skyline here in Toronto. This role will support the financial analysis and planning of residential development projects, specifically focused on condominiums, purpose-built rental properties, single family homes, and student accommodations across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and Ontario.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct financial feasibility analysis for new residential development projects including condos, purpose-built rental properties, single family homes
Build, maintain, and enhance financial models to forecast cash flows, costs, returns, and evaluate projects
Collaborate with project managers, developers, and senior leadership to ensure projects are within budget and meet financial objectives

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in financial analysis
Must have residential real estate experience
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Real Estate or Accounting
