Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Financial Analyst to support operational and financial reporting for a manufacturing company in Vista. This position will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and reporting initiatives that directly support business operations and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally with finance and operations teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budgeting analysis
  • Analyze operational costs, spending trends, and business performance metrics
  • Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages
  • Support variance analysis and identify areas for operational improvement
  • Maintain financial models and reporting dashboards
  • Partner with accounting and operations teams on forecasting initiatives
  • Assist leadership with strategic reporting and financial planning requests
  • Support data accuracy and financial process improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
  • 3+ years of financial analysis experience preferred
  • Manufacturing, operations, or supply chain industry experience preferred
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills required
  • Ability to manage large datasets and reporting deadlines
  • Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting platforms preferred
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
