We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support a growing FP&A function within a dynamic organization. This role will play a key part in building financial insights, improving reporting processes, and enabling leadership to make data-driven strategic decisions. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, comfortable working with large datasets from multiple systems, and motivated to translate financial data into clear, actionable insights.
Job Responsibility:
Analyze financial and operational performance using market data, trends, benchmarks, and key performance indicators
Identify variances against budget and forecast, providing meaningful insights and recommendations
Enhance and streamline reporting processes to improve data accuracy and accessibility
Develop and maintain reporting dashboards focused on revenue, expenses, and other critical metrics
Deliver clear, actionable analysis to support business leaders in improving performance
Support short- and long-term forecasting processes, including income and cash flow projections
Identify key business drivers to improve forecast accuracy and profitability
Assist in the annual budgeting cycle by building templates, updating reporting tools, and collaborating with internal teams
Continuously improve forecasting methodologies and tools
Effectively manage workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Communicate insights clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams
Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
1+ years of experience in financial analysis, or recent graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have:
Experience with financial systems or planning tools
Familiarity with SQL
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI or similar)
