Job Description:

Robert Half is hiring a Financial Analyst to join our Full-Time Engagement Professional team, supporting organizations during critical financial and operational initiatives. Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models and forecasts
  • Analyze P&L performance and key business drivers
  • Prepare executive-level financial reporting and dashboards
  • Partner with stakeholders to support strategic decision-making
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis
  • Improve reporting processes and financial visibility
  • Support ad-hoc analysis and special projects

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Financial Analyst, FP&A, or related experience
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • experience with BI tools a plus
  • Experience in fast-paced or project-based environments
  • Strong business acumen and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related field
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • familiarity with business intelligence tools is advantageous
  • Solid understanding of financial markets and analytical tools such as Bloomberg Terminal
  • Strong ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with financial reporting and data visualization tools
  • High level of business acumen and problem-solving skills
