Financial Analyst

• Process weekly student refunds, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely completion of transactions
• Reconcile complex financial data across multiple systems, including PeopleSoft and banking platforms
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing student inquiries related to billing, account balances, and collections
• Manage sensitive collections-related calls with professionalism and tact
• Review and audit student accounts to identify discrepancies and communicate balances owed
• Support cashiering operations by handling cash-related transactions and preparing detailed reports
• Utilize Excel for data analysis, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and reconciliation tasks
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and maintain system integrity

• Proficiency in financial analysis and advanced Excel functions, such as VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
• Experience with transactional accounting in high-volume environments
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft or similar platforms is preferred
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle escalated calls professionally
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
• Ability to analyze and reconcile complex datasets across multiple systems
• Effective communication skills to interact with students and internal stakeholders
• Knowledge of financial reporting and data analysis techniques

Familiarity with financial markets or tools such as Bloomberg Terminal
