Robert Half is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Full Time Engagement Professionals practice. This role offers the stability of full time employment while providing the opportunity to support organizations on a variety of accounting and finance projects across the Fort Worth market. Our consultants partner with organizations during periods of growth, system transitions, and increased workload, providing support with financial reporting, general ledger activity, and month end close processes. This role is ideal for a finance professional who enjoys working across both accounting and analytical functions and is comfortable stepping into different environments to support business operations.
Job Responsibility:
Assist with month end close processes and journal entries
Prepare and analyze financial reports and supporting schedules
Perform account reconciliations and general ledger analysis
Support budgeting and forecasting activities
Analyze financial data and identify trends or variances
Assist with financial reporting and management reporting packages
Support ERP system transitions or data clean up projects
Partner with accounting teams to improve reporting processes and controls
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3+ years of accounting or financial analysis experience
Strong understanding of general ledger and month end close processes
Experience preparing financial reports and performing variance analysis
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics, or similar platforms
Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and data analysis
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in changing environments
