Job Description:

Nintex is hiring a Financial Analyst to assist with corporate financial consolidations and corporate reporting. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager who is located in New Zealand, the ideal candidate will be a driven problem solver with high EQ who thrives in a fast paced, growth-oriented environment. We are looking for someone with intellectual curiosity, who has a bias toward action and who is outcome oriented. The right individual will fit into a team culture that values collaboration, a willingness to help colleagues, and a 'no task is too small' attitude. We desire a detail-oriented and process-oriented thinker with strong organizational and analytical skills.

Job Responsibility:

  • Execute against deadlines to provide a variety of reports including monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc analyses of key operating metrics
  • Help drive the build out of reporting capability in the Adaptive Planning tool
  • Deliver impactful business analysis that extends beyond expense forecasting and variance analysis
  • Focus on consolidating results for budgeting/forecasting
  • Work with the finance management team to assist them in understanding actual performance versus expectations

Requirements:

  • BS/BA with coursework in Finance and Accounting or similar degree
  • 1-3 years FP&A experience
  • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Interest in developing a career in Enterprise Software FP&A

Nice to have:

Experience with Adaptive Planning, NetSuite, Power BI, SQL and Salesforce or like systems a plus
