Job Responsibility:
Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support strategic planning and forecasting efforts
Conduct sensitivity analyses and scenario modeling to evaluate program sustainability under varying conditions
Collaborate with finance teams to align model assumptions with current business realities
Analyze contract terms to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate financial risks
Support vendor negotiations by preparing data-driven recommendations on pricing, payment terms, and performance metrics
Monitor departmental budgets and project expenditures, ensuring alignment with financial goals
Accurately code expenses, track invoices, and provide accrual information to maintain budget integrity
Prepare rolling forecasts and long-term financial projections to inform strategic planning processes
Evaluate key performance indicators and business drivers to refine forecasting accuracy
Present financial trends and insights to senior leadership through clear and actionable reports
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or similar roles
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling techniques
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess financial data and provide actionable insights
Excellent communication skills to effectively present findings to stakeholders
