If you need reasonable accommodation at any point in the application or interview process, we’re here to help. Walker Sands is growing fast, and our finance team is evolving into a true strategic engine for the business. We’re looking for a Financial Analyst who’s excited to go beyond reporting and play a real role in how decisions get made. In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of data, systems and strategy—turning numbers into insights that shape forecasting, resource allocation and performance across the company. You’ll partner with leaders in operations, sales, accounting and more, gaining visibility into executive‑level decision‑making and initiatives like M&A integration. If you’re early in your career, hungry to learn, and ready to build both technical finance skills and business judgment, this is a strong launchpad.

Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in finance, analytics or a related field
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and comfort working with data
Curiosity, initiative and a willingness to ask smart questions
Clear communication skills, especially with non‑finance stakeholders
A mindset focused on ownership, learning and continuous improvement
