In this role, you’ll support Robert Half clients on medium- to long-term financial analysis engagements, gaining exposure to a variety of industries, systems, and business models. Between client assignments, you remain fully compensated while participating in professional development and skills training. Job Responsibility

  • Prepare and analyze financial forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans
  • Perform variance analysis and provide insights to business leaders
  • Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decisions
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc management reports
  • Analyze revenue, expense, and operational trends
  • Support month-end close from a reporting and analytics perspective
  • Partner with accounting, operations, and leadership teams
  • Assist with special projects and process improvements

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of experience in Financial Analysis or FP&A
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
  • Experience working with large ERP and reporting systems
  • Ability to adapt quickly in new environments
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • 3–7 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data manipulation
  • Familiarity with large-scale financial reporting systems and tools such as Bloomberg Terminal
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and work collaboratively with diverse teams
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting findings and recommendations
  • Demonstrated experience in financial markets and data analysis
  • A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline
