Job Description:

Lisa Cole with Robert Half is partnering with a growing manufacturing organization that is seeking a Financial Analyst to support finance with a focus on cost accounting, inventory forecasting, and operational finance. This role partners closely with Operations and Supply Chain to improve financial performance, inventory efficiency, and working capital.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own plant cost accounting, including standard costs, BOM/routings, labor and overhead rates, absorption, and inventory valuation
  • Analyze manufacturing variances (material, labor, overhead, yield, mix) and communicate drivers
  • Develop and maintain inventory forecasts aligned to demand, production, and MRP outputs
  • Analyze inventory KPIs including turns, and support reserve modeling
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning for plant operations
  • Partner with Operations on OEE, throughput, labor efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support capital projects, fixed assets, and depreciation tracking

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or cost accounting, preferably in manufacturing
  • Strong cost and inventory accounting knowledge
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
  • ERP experience required
  • Strong analytical skills and cross‑functional communication ability
