Our client, an innovative leader in the biotechnology sector, is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Financial Analyst to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to support cutting-edge scientific advancements by providing analytical and operational financial expertise.

Job Responsibility:

  • Analyze financial data to help guide strategic business decisions
  • Prepare forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses to support planning initiatives
  • Partner with cross-functional teams—including R&D, operations, and commercial teams—to deliver actionable insights
  • Monitor key performance indicators and present reporting to stakeholders
  • Assist in the development and automation of financial reports and dashboards
  • Identify trends and drive process improvements in data analytics and financial workflows
  • Ensure compliance with internal accounting controls and industry regulations
  • Utilize financial systems and tools such as Microsoft D365, Oracle NetSuite, PowerBI, SAP, SQL, QuickBooks, or Python

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of financial analysis or related experience
  • experience in life sciences, biotech, or a regulated industry is highly preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • familiarity with SQL, Python, or data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI) is a strong asset
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • High attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
