Financial Analyst

• Prepare and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning
• Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions
• Utilize SAP to manage financial transactions and reporting effectively
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency
• Monitor financial performance and identify trends or areas for improvement
• Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting requirements
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards in financial operations
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed

• 2 plus years Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Proficiency with SAP for financial reporting and data management
• Expertise in Microsoft Power BI for creating visualizations and dashboards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Prior experience in the energy or petrochemical industry is a plus
