We are actively searching for multiple financial analyst candidates: OPEX Controller, Revenue Finance Analyst, Category/Customer Profitability Analyst.
Job Responsibility:
Responsible for forecasting and analyzing operating expenses related to our Hungarian business operations
Performing month-end close activities (accruals, cost review) and aligning with key stakeholders
Maintaining and continuously improving digital reporting capabilities through advanced Excel and Power BI skills
Leading quarterly financial planning processes for gross sales and total discounts
Reconciling actual results leveraging advanced variance analysis tools
Preparation of monthly sales analytics and underlying business narratives for the Finance Director and regional reporting pack
Further developing our Excel & Power BI based revenue models
Review and analyze category/customer financial performance
Own quarterly and annual financial forecasting process for select scope, perform month-end close activities, prepare financial reporting & variance analysis
Support strategic decision-making, present to BU Finance and Business leaders
Prepare investment appraisals (Value Chains & New Product development)
Ensure financial settlement of contractual agreements with our strategic partners
Requirements:
University degree in Economics or Finance
Professional experience in Controlling, Business Planning, Business Analysis, Accounting, or Financial Audit
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with advanced Excel skills
At least intermediate level of English, both spoken and written
Proactive attitude and dynamic personality, not afraid of challenges
Strong desire for professional and personal development
Sense of responsibility for the supervised business area or process
Accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
Nice to have:
Power BI experience and/or working towards CIMA CGMA qualification
