Financial Analyst

• Generate and manage detailed expense reports to ensure accurate tracking and analysis
• Oversee headcount reporting and forecasting processes to align with organizational goals
• Develop and maintain budgets while providing precise forecasting to support decision-making
• Assist in month-end closing activities, including identifying accruals and reconciling accounts
• Review and analyze open purchase order (PO) reports to ensure proper management
• Monitor and manage expenses, with a focus on marketing spend, ensuring cost efficiency
• Scrub, validate, and analyze financial data to maintain integrity and reliability
• Collaborate with vendors to investigate invoices and resolve discrepancies in PO closures
• Partner with non-finance business stakeholders to provide financial insights and guidance

• Proven expertise in expense and headcount management
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and accrual accounting practices
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and lookup functions
• Ability to work effectively with non-finance business partners and communicate financial concepts clearly
• Experience in investigating vendor invoices and managing purchase order closures
• Familiarity with services related to detail orientation and associated financial processes is preferred
• Adept at financial analysis, modeling, and variance analysis
• Strong analytical skills, including data mining techniques to extract and interpret financial data
