The Financial Analyst is responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, supporting forecasting and budgeting activities, and providing insights to help guide business decisions. This role works closely with finance and business leaders to evaluate performance, identify trends, and support strategic planning.
Job Responsibility:
Analyze financial results, trends, and key performance indicators to support decision-making
Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
Build and maintain financial models to support planning, scenario analysis, and business initiatives
Partner with cross-functional teams to gather data, evaluate business performance, and provide actionable recommendations
Support month-end and quarter-end reporting activities by validating financial data and explaining variances
Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, data accuracy, and financial processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred
2+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or a related finance function preferred
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial reporting or ERP systems preferred
Ability to interpret data, communicate findings clearly, and work collaboratively across teams.
