Financial Analyst

• Collect and record historical financial data
• Manage databases of financial records
• Create and update financial analysis reports and models
• Collect financial data from internal and external sources
• Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives
• Collaborate with accounting and operations teams
• Use predictive, driver-based, and multi-scenario planning for forecasts
• Maintain an orderly financial records library and data store
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Foster a culture of ethics, integrity, and good governance
• Provide technical support to department heads
• Assist with budgets, forecasts, and financial modeling
• Prepare variance analyses, risk/opportunity assessments, and ad hoc reports
• Identify and research variances in forecasts, budgets, and prior-year expenses
• Participate in corporate projects impacting the organization

• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial, and operational principles
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High commitment to quality, ethics, and compliance
• Ability to navigate ambiguous situations
• Superior attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Advanced skills in system, database, and data analysis
• Effective leadership and teamwork abilities
• Capability to analyze financial data and prepare reports
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration preferred
• 2+ years of experience in accounting or financial analysis preferred
• Strategic planning and implementation experience is a plus
• Strong background in systems, databases, and information technology
