The Latin America team for Financial Planning and Analysis in the Caribbean Region supports the coordination of COGS control and financial planning activities. This includes preparing, maintaining, and analyzing the COGS model, supporting monthly forecasts, and contributing to the AOP for the region. The role provides financial visibility to senior leadership in the Dominican Republic and the Rest of the Caribbean, while also driving standardization and continuous improvements to increase efficiency. In addition, the position supports the achievement of key performance indicators and service agreements through a strong customer-service mindset.
Job Responsibility:
Preparing, maintaining, and analyzing cost-of-goods-sold information for the Dominican Republic and the Rest of the Caribbean, including actual results and forecasts, in close collaboration with the financial planning team
Supporting the development and consolidation of the cost-of-goods-sold section of the Annual Operating Plan
Monitoring and reporting key performance indicators such as forecast accuracy and on-time delivery
Supporting the implementation, improvement, and standardization of operating procedures and service agreements to ensure high-quality, timely, and error-free deliverables
Building and maintaining strong relationships with business partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Driving collaboration across different areas, fostering trust, and enabling continuous improvement of processes
Promoting the culture, values, and working methods of the Global Business Services organization
Proactively developing and maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues in other locations
Requirements:

Computer literate – Advanced Excel, Power Point

Ability to understand financial models and scenarios
