Job Responsibility:

Conduct financial feasibility studies for investment projects across multiple business units to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
Perform comprehensive cash flow analyses to assess return on investment for proposed initiatives
Build and evaluate financial models to determine enterprise value and support decision-making processes
Guide business units through the company’s approval procedures by understanding and applying authorization rules effectively
Assist in coordinating investment decisions in accordance with corporate group policies
Support the preparation of investment proposals for presentation to the Investment Committee and Board of Directors
Collaborate with subsidiaries on data collection, variance analyses, impairment reviews, and fair value assessments
Participate in occasional business travel as required to support financial projects and initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Demonstrated initiative and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Effective collaboration skills within a fast-paced and dynamic team environment
Minimum of 1 year of experience in financial planning, analysis, or business valuation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, including advanced Excel functions such as Power Query and Macros
Familiarity with accounting software systems and data mining techniques
Business writing and communication skills are essential
