Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our growing team located in downtown Toronto. The role involves analyzing financial data, developing financial models, assisting in budgeting and forecasting, preparing financial reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibility:

Analyze financial data and trends to support strategic planning and decision-making
Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and KPIs
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analyses
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Provide support during audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Monitor market trends and competitor performance to inform financial planning

Requirements:

Minimum College degree or Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance
Working towards a professional designation is an asset
Minimum 3 years of experience working in finance and or accounting as an analyst
Strong background in AR is highly ideal for this role
Experience working with Accounting ERP like MS Dynamics or SAP is a great asset
