Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. This is a Contract to permanent position offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to key financial functions in a dynamic environment. The role is currently remote but may transition to a hybrid schedule, requiring local candidates.

Job Responsibility

  • Conduct thorough variance analyses to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement
  • Prepare and present financial reports to support strategic decision-making
  • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast and analyze business performance
  • Perform ad hoc financial analyses to address specific business needs and challenges
  • Utilize data mining techniques to extract, organize, and analyze large datasets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide actionable recommendations
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial reporting and documentation
  • Monitor key financial metrics and provide timely updates to stakeholders

Requirements

  • Proven experience in financial analysis, reporting, and modeling
  • Strong skills in variance analysis and data interpretation
  • Proficiency in data mining techniques and tools
  • Ability to perform and present ad hoc financial analyses
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
