Financial Analyst

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and create proforma models to assess the feasibility of real estate development opportunities
• Perform economic research and compile investment metrics such as internal rate of return, earnings multiples, and expense performance
• Identify and evaluate funding sources while leveraging current financing strategies
• Underwrite finance opportunities using appropriate equity structures and financial models
• Develop presentation materials for senior leadership, investment committees, and external stakeholders including clients, government agencies, and investors
• Collaborate with accounting, business development, construction, and executive teams to ensure alignment across projects
• Monitor and report on the status of transactions within the project pipeline
• Assist with due diligence processes to ensure compliance and accuracy in all financial documentation
• Ensure departmental deadlines and project timelines are met consistently

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial analysis or research role, ideally within the residential or commercial real estate sector
• Expertise in financial modeling, variance analysis, and ad hoc financial reporting
• Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams
• Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and detail
• Solid communication skills for preparing and presenting complex financial analyses
