Job Responsibility

  • Prepare financial models, forecasts, and budgets
  • Analyze financial results and provide variance analysis vs. plan/prior periods
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools
  • Support month-end close with reporting and analytical review
  • Partner with business units to evaluate performance and identify opportunities
  • Conduct profitability analysis, cost analysis, and scenario modeling
  • Assist with long-term planning and strategic initiatives
  • Consolidate and analyze large data sets from multiple sources
  • Present findings and recommendations to leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 2–5+ years of financial analysis, FP&A, or related experience
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, modeling)
  • Experience with ERP and reporting tools (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret complex data
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to present to stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
