We are looking for a skilled Financial Analyst/Manager to join our team in Buellton, California. This role is ideal for someone who is detail oriented, thrives on analyzing financial data, supports strategic initiatives, and drives operational improvements. As a key member of the finance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate reporting, evaluating performance, and contributing to the company’s long-term financial goals.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage cash flow activities, including borrowing needs, investment opportunities, and liquidity planning
  • Analyze financial and operational performance across portfolio companies to identify key trends, risks, and growth opportunities
  • Support the budgeting process, long-term financial planning, and forecasting in collaboration with business leaders
  • Partner with management teams to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and align operational strategies with value creation goals
  • Develop and maintain standardized reports, dashboards, and financial analyses for stakeholders and investors
  • Conduct benchmarking and scenario modeling to evaluate business performance and strategic options for acquisitions
  • Prepare detailed performance reports for tribal investment funds and oversee quarterly reporting processes
  • Monitor treasury accounts, stock trades, bond settlements, and real estate transactions managed by third-party entities
  • Evaluate financial terms and conditions within enterprise contracts to ensure compliance and profitability
  • Provide comprehensive financial analysis related to real estate assets, including performance tracking and reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • CPA or CMA certification is highly desirable
  • At least seven years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, preferably within the manufacturing industry
  • Proficiency in financial reporting, accounting principles, and maintaining internal controls
  • Familiarity with manufacturing, property accounting, or real estate industries is strongly preferred
  • Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and data visualization capabilities
  • Expertise in financial systems and tools such as NetSuite, Oracle, Cognos, Anaplan, or Power BI
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
