Job Responsibility:
Create accurate, transparent, and timely financial analysis to support project leadership in project decision making process
Facilitate the monthly revenue cycle and support project analysis requirements, including a review of units, forecast, unit prices, and revenue recognition
Complete all required variance analyses for the set of projects, with insight
Identify risks in the project forecast and opportunities to improve revenue outlook
Provide updates on financial status for assigned projects and create information in response to any client financial reporting needs
Actively monitor the balance sheet positions of projects within the portfolio
Maintain, produce and communicate a relevant and impactful set of project financial metrics
Play a key role in initiating, building, and reviewing change in scope activity on assigned projects
Review labor assumptions on assigned projects, both volume and mix
As required, complete all revenue control testing, SOX or audit related
Requirements:
CA / CMA Fully qualified with 2+ Years of relevant experience in Financial Reporting & Cost Analysis
Financial Analysis & Modeling - Demonstrates exceptional skill in analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and interpreting revenue and cost information
Budgeting and forecast - Expertly creates and manages quarterly and annual budgets
Reporting and Presentation - Excellent communication skills to prepare comprehensive financial reports, presentations, and dashboards
Advanced Excel & Power BI skills
A strong working knowledge of Oracle EPM (Hyperion)
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Comfortable with handling large datasets
Comfortable with working through financial models
Knows basic macros
Good excel and PowerPoint skills
Good business sense
Ability to communicate effectively across different levels of organization
Able to prioritize competing requests and set expectations effectively
Demonstrates sense of ownership
Organizes their workflow, understands how to manage their time to hit their deliverables
