Job Responsibility:
Provide in-depth analysis, insights, and recommendations on existing resource requisition processes, encompassing reporting, approval workflows, and new team staffing
Process and approve positions and requisitions based on operational demand needs
Collaborate with operational leadership to implement resource strategies that align with financial and operational goals
