Job Responsibility

  • Provide in-depth analysis, insights, and recommendations on existing resource requisition processes, encompassing reporting, approval workflows, and new team staffing
  • Process and approve positions and requisitions based on operational demand needs
  • Collaborate with operational leadership to implement resource strategies that align with financial and operational goals
  • Develop and execute process improvement projects designed to enhance the organization’s scalability and expand its global presence
  • Manage and maintain operational-facing resource policies and procedures
  • Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support operational finance and leadership

Requirements

  • A broad-based business professional with strong acumen across multiple disciplines
  • A keen eye for identifying continuous improvement opportunities
  • 1+ years of professional experience in a related field
  • Ability to think both analytically and creatively to solve complex problems
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex financial themes to non-financial business partners
  • BS/BA in a related field
