Our client one of the top financial institutions in Canada is looking for a financial analyst with project mgmt experience to help guide and control their IT projects in there Capital market sphere. If you have experience in helping to keep project on track financially and on schedule working with several stakeholders and managing headcount and outsourcer cost in projects we want to talk to you . Must be bilingual as this is a national position and you will be called upon to interact with people in all provinces in Canada.

Job Responsibility

  • Financial Management: Handle monthly reporting, budget forecasting, and variance analysis
  • manage technology cost allocations
  • Vendor & Resource Management: Oversee 3rd-party contracts and renewals
  • manage the full invoice lifecycle from validation to payment
  • Headcount Planning: Track staffing levels, hiring plans, and facilitate the approval process
  • Strategic Analysis: Conduct trend research to provide actionable cost recommendations and partner on process transformation initiatives

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of previous experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or Business
  • CPA( is a real asset )
  • 2 years of exp. in capital market
  • PMO experience
  • Bilingual ( very strong French)
  • experience with technology implementation
