Job Responsibility:
Financial Business Partnering: Act as the dedicated finance lead for departmental managers, providing sophisticated analysis, control, and budgetary oversight to ensure project success
Project ROI & Spend Management: Drive the financial lifecycle of new and existing projects. You will lead the Funding Request (FR) process, ensuring that all capital provisioning is accurate, vetted, and strategically aligned
Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Governance: Collaborate with Sourcing, IT Finance, and Project Managers to manage the financial execution of high-value contracts across Consulting, Software, and Telecommunications
Portfolio Financial Integrity: Own the reconciliation of project financials. You will derive internal rates, monitor Actual vs. Budget performance, and proactively identify corrective actions to mitigate financial risks
Month-End Excellence: Execute precise accrual analysis and manage aging items, ensuring a clean and efficient monthly close while overseeing critical invoice approvals
Advisory & Communications: Support IT leadership in articulating the "Technology Agenda" to the broader business through data-driven financial storytelling
Continuous Improvement: Don’t just follow the process—own it. You will audit and optimize current financial tracking workflows to enhance departmental agility and data transparency
