Job Description:

Directly reporting to the Category Profitability Manager, the Financial Analyst will act as a key member of the Category Profitability team, partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Revenue Growth Management to drive financial performance across the entire Spirits Business Unit. The person will provide strategic financial insights, support business case development, and ensure effective P&L management and KPI tracking to maximize profitability.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as a trusted finance business partner to Spirits BU, delivering actionable insights based on customer and brand performance trends
  • Manage end-to-end P&L controlling, budgeting (Business plan and rolling forecasts), reporting and performance analysis
  • Support cross-channel profitability by evaluating and challenging new business cases with data-driven financial analysis
  • Monitor and optimize trade investments, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize return and margin growth
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain financial dashboards and reporting tools to improve transparency, accuracy, and decision-making efficiency
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to simplify and automate financial processes, increasing overall business effectiveness

Requirements:

  • I have a bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
  • I have 1-2 years of experience in the finance department within an international working environment (food industry is preferred)
  • Knowledge of Budgeting Controlling is a plus
  • I have a fluent English knowledge
  • I have solid Excel skills (SAP knowledge and ability to use business analysis tools such as Power BI is a plus)
  • I am a strong team player with excellent collaboration skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • I have a high level of integrity with a strong sense of compliance and accountability
  • I have the ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • I have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong business acumen

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Budgeting Controlling is a plus
  • SAP knowledge and ability to use business analysis tools such as Power BI is a plus
