Job Description:

The company is currently looking for a talented Financial Analyst to join our team in Athens.

Job Responsibility:

  • Active participation in business cases, new product launches and product scenario analysis
  • Involvement in Month End Closing activities and planning sessions by being responsible for fair allocation of operating expenses across Brands
  • Serving as Finance business partner within the Marketing community
  • Taking part in Brand Profitability reporting and being able to provide kay narratives of variances versus plan, across PnL Lines
  • Ongoing analysis of our BU’s financial performance (periodic vs BP, RE, LY etc.) through deep understanding of Value creation drivers and performance KPIs
  • Preparation of standard & ad – hoc analysis & reports to Leading Management Team and Marketing team to facilitate business decisions and commercial actions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Accounting, Finance preferred)
  • Postgraduate degree is considered a plus
  • ACCA/CIMA started represents a strong advantage
  • At least 2 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Audit
  • Very good communication skills and stakeholders' management experience
  • Excellent English command
  • P&L and balance-sheet understanding, business scenario, profitability analysis
  • SAP, MS Word /Excel/PowerPoint
  • Highly analytical skills-ability to conduct detailed financial analysis
  • Ability to think outside of the box and challenge processes
  • Ability to set and manage deadlines in a dynamic and changing environment
