Job Responsibility

  • Analyze financial information for the Accounts Payable group
  • Analyze documents entered in the various accounts and apply corrections when necessary
  • Support and act as a liaison between various stakeholders to resolve invoice entry issues
  • Act as an advisor by supporting our internal and external partners in their need for financial information
  • Analyze, interpret, and present raw data into useful financial information for managers
  • Analyze interfaces between different systems
  • Prepare SAP extracts related to projects
  • Prepare general ledger account reconciliations
  • Prepare recurrent and non‑recurrent journal entries related to your tasks

Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting or Finance
  • Hold an accounting title (CPA: CA, CMA, CGA) or in the process to obtain it
  • Have more than five (5) years of relevant experience
  • Possess high skills to use MS Office (mostly Excel)
  • Have good oral and written communications skills in English and French
  • Have Microsoft Office 365 skills

Nice to have

Knowledge of SAP and Power BI is an asset
