Job Responsibility:

  • Perform comprehensive financial analysis, modeling, and scenario planning to support strategic business decisions
  • Develop and maintain financial models for various product portfolios, ensuring accuracy and relevance
  • Translate complex financial data and “finance speak” into clear, digestible information for non-finance stakeholders
  • Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams, including product development, to provide financial insights and support business objectives
  • Contribute to the overall financial planning and analysis processes, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization
  • Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to leadership, utilizing tools like PowerPoint

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in a financial analyst role
  • Advanced Excel proficiency, including mastery of pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex financial modeling
  • Proven experience with financial modeling, scenario planning, and comprehensive financial analysis
  • Familiarity with presentation tools such as PowerPoint for effective deck building
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information clearly to diverse audiences
  • Comfortable navigating and thriving in ambiguous situations, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong willingness to engage and contribute to team success
