Financial analyst - business valuation

• Perform company valuation analyses using methods such as discounted cash flow (DCF), market multiples, and comparable transactions
• Build and maintain advanced financial models to simulate different strategic scenarios
• Analyze the historical and projected performance of target companies
• Study trends in the technology sector and their impact on company valuation
• Follow market developments, fundraising, and recent transactions in the industry
• Identify risks and opportunities related to technological and regulatory developments
• Collaborate with the finance, investment and strategic development teams to evaluate growth opportunities
• Prepare reports and presentations for management, investors and external partners
• Participate in financial due diligence during merger-acquisition transactions

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration
• CPA, CFA or CBV certification is an asset
• 3 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis, business valuation or M&A transactions
• Excellent proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and data analysis
• Knowledge of financial databases (Bloomberg, Capital IQ, PitchBook)
• Ability to understand and analyze financial statements and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Analytical mind and rigor in the interpretation of financial data
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment in a dynamic and growing environment
