Job Description:

As a Finance Analysis Intern, you will support financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting activities, while assisting the team in evaluating business performance and contributing to data-driven decision-making.

Job Responsibility:

  • Monitor Sales Compensation Plan attainment and commission payout per individual, by respecting deadlines as per the Sales Compensation Plan Calendar and payroll calendar
  • Effectively interact with Sales and Finance population and resolve questions and potential conflicts regarding Sales Compensation Plan
  • help other team members to solve their issues
  • Perform business analysis on sales commissions to support management's understanding and decision-making
  • Coordinate teamwork and backfill others when needed
  • Ensure process compliance with the commission rules

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in French & English, both orally and in writing
  • Preferred bachelor's degree
  • Analytical and detail-oriented profile
