Job Responsibility
Meet one‑on‑one with prospective clients generated through firm‑sponsored marketing activities, including workshops and digital outreach
Guide prospects through the onboarding process and establish long‑term advisory relationships
Prepare, present, and implement customized financial plans aligned with client goals
Assist clients with investment strategies focused on retirement planning
Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing clients and firm‑provided house accounts
Ensure financial plans, investment recommendations, and client documentation align with regulatory requirements and firm standards
Coordinate with internal partners to support account setup, implementation, and ongoing servicing
Maintain required licenses and certifications and adhere to compliance and supervisory guidelines
Develop and retain strong client relationships through proactive service and consistent communication
Identify opportunities to deepen existing client relationships through planning and investment solutions
Support firm growth by converting marketing‑generated prospects into long‑term advisory clients
Requirements
6+ years of financial services experience with an emphasis on sales and client relationship management
Strong understanding of investment products and financial planning strategies, particularly retirement planning
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
Series 65 or Series 7 & 66 licenses
Active Connecticut Life & Health insurance license
