Job Responsibility

  • Act as the lead advisor for a portfolio of high-net-worth clients
  • Lead client meetings, portfolio reviews, and deliver tailored planning strategies
  • Advise on retirement, investments, insurance, and major financial decisions
  • Strengthen and expand client relationships through proactive planning
  • Partner with senior advisors on complex cases
  • Support onboarding and development of new client relationships
  • Maintain accurate planning and CRM documentation
  • Stay current on markets and evolving planning strategies

Requirements

  • Must have CFP® or CFA
  • 7+ years in wealth management (5+ client-facing)
  • Strong experience leading client conversations and meetings
  • Deep understanding of holistic financial planning and investment strategies
  • Experience with high-net-worth clients preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with CRM and planning tools (e.g., Redtail, Morningstar, Riskalyze)
