Job Responsibility

  • Provide strategic financial advice across areas such as investments, retirement, insurance, and debt management
  • Develop customized financial plans tailored to each client’s needs and goals
  • Build and maintain long‑term client relationships through proactive communication
  • Monitor client portfolios and market conditions, making adjustments as necessary
  • Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and internal standards

Requirements

  • CFP® designation required
  • 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry
  • Strong customer‑service orientation and communication skills
  • Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to bring a book of business is welcome but not required
  • Candidates based in the East Bay or San Ramon area preferred
  • Proven experience in a client‑facing advisory role
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Commitment to ethical, client‑first decision‑making
  • Passion for continuous learning and professional development
  • Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
