Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Financial Advisor to join our team in the Twin Cities. In this role, you will provide expert investment management and tailored financial planning services to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals. You will collaborate with other detail oriented individuals and continuously develop your skills to stay ahead in the industry.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of their financial needs and objectives
  • Develop personalized financial plans that encompass income, expenses, insurance coverage, tax strategies, and risk tolerance
  • Analyze market trends and client portfolios to create effective investment strategies
  • Work with tax, legal, and insurance experts to create comprehensive financial roadmaps for clients
  • Conduct regular reviews of client accounts to assess progress and recommend adjustments based on changing circumstances
  • Prepare detailed financial summaries, income projections, and investment performance reports to support sound decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with local and national financial regulations by staying informed about relevant legislation
  • Participate in ongoing detail oriented development through workshops, webinars, and industry resources to enhance expertise in financial planning and investment management
  • Utilize financial planning software to optimize client portfolio management and reporting

Requirements:

  • Active Series 7 and 63 certifications, along with relevant state insurance licenses
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial planning with attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of securities, insurance, and mutual fund industries
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate personal integrity
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field is preferred
  • Progress toward additional certifications such as CFP is advantageous
  • Experience with financial planning software tools is highly desirable
