Job Responsibility:
High-quality inbound/outbound communication with bank debtors
Assess the financial needs and capacity of customers to make payments
Establish a debt repayment schedule with customers that aligns with established policies
Guarantee that all tasks and responsibilities are executed in complete adherence to regulatory standards and support the ongoing implementation of the Group's Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in telephone information and management of overdue debts
Human-centered and polite approach to debtor clients
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Flexible and negotiation-based way of handling requests
Proven professional experience in a similar position in the banking sector or in Financial Services
Familiarity working with a dialer system
Good command of the English language
Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Comfortable working in a challenging environment and on deadlines
Strong communication and negotiation skills
