We are in search of a high-level New Jersey-based Financial Advisor. We are a boutique Financial Investment Firm that offers a 3-tiered (CPA, Financial, Legal) Full Suite of Services under one roof to established professionals who lack access to public or workplace pensions and have the financial resources but need the right path forward for their future. This is a highly client-facing role that combines educational seminar presentations with individual client consultations. We handle and provide all intakes, back office, and paralegal support. We are bringing the Family Office model that was conceived and limited to ultra-high net worth families to our clients. This model provides a comprehensive financial experience to our clients. Our Investment Advisors provide planning for every phase of your life, with the goal of building generational wealth.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and manage relationships with clients while cultivating new business opportunities
Provide comprehensive financial planning across investment strategy, tax, retirement, estate planning, stock options, and more
Design and implement tailored long-term investment strategies, adjusting portfolios as needed
Collaborate with in-house service providers to deliver expert guidance in tax, trust, estate, and insurance services
Influence product development by sharing insights on advisor and client needs
Support business growth by closing deals
Participate in the firm’s weekly retirement planning dinner seminar program
Play an active role in presenting, educating attendees, and conducting follow-up consultations with families seeking retirement planning guidance
Requirements:
Experience in investment advisory with a proven book of business, 10-20 Million AUM
Certified as an Investment Adviser Representative (Series 65, Series 7 + 66, or equivalent)
Excitement about the ability to not cold call and the opportunity to shape your future
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Prior experience presenting financial topics to groups
Demonstrated success engaging with clients in one-on-one financial planning conversations
What we offer:
Compensation package of BASE 100K-140K plus UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS
