Job Responsibility:
Serve as the primary advisor for a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, delivering ongoing financial planning and investment guidance
Lead client meetings and portfolio reviews, providing thoughtful and strategic recommendations
Advise on retirement planning, investment strategy, and insurance
Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and introduce additional planning solutions
Partner with senior advisors on complex client needs while maintaining a high-touch service model
Support onboarding and integration of new clients into the firm
Maintain accurate client records and financial plans within CRM and planning systems
Stay current on market trends and evolving financial planning strategies
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in wealth management
At least 5 years in a client-facing advisory role
Proven ability to independently lead client meetings and manage relationships
Strong expertise in holistic financial planning and wealth management strategies
Experience working with high-net-worth clients
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Ability to assess client needs and deliver tailored financial solutions
Familiarity with CRM and financial planning tools
Nice to have:
CFP designation preferred (ideally held for 2+ years)
CFA is a plus
