Job Responsibility:
Act as the lead advisor for a portfolio of high-net-worth clients
Lead client meetings, portfolio reviews, and deliver tailored planning strategies
Advise on retirement, investments, insurance, and major financial decisions
Strengthen and expand client relationships through proactive planning
Partner with senior advisors on complex cases
Support onboarding and development of new client relationships
Maintain accurate planning and CRM documentation
Stay current on markets and evolving planning strategies
Requirements:
Must have CFP® or CFA
7+ years in wealth management (5+ client-facing)
Strong experience leading client conversations and meetings
Deep understanding of holistic financial planning and investment strategies
Experience with high-net-worth clients preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Familiarity with CRM and planning tools (e.g., Redtail, Morningstar, Riskalyze)
