Job Responsibility:
Manage and deepen client relationships with effective communication and personalized attention in every interaction
Support the firm’s growth
Enter trades, orders, and rebalances as requested
Schedule, attend, and facilitate client meetings
Create and maintain records and files utilizing CRM software
Manage referrals effectively
Prepare financial reports, spreadsheets, and other materials for client meetings
Participate in marketing efforts including seminars and other client-facing events
Actively engage in available training/cross-training and educational and/or professional development opportunities to remain current on firm and industry policies and procedures
Requirements:
Knowledge of company’s working structure, policies, mission, and strategies
Knowledge of managed account platforms
Knowledge of general office practices, procedures, and methods
Knowledge of investment concepts, practices, and procedures used in the securities industry
Knowledge of financial markets, products and industry regulations
Knowledge of trading terminology
Knowledge of financial planning software
Skill in Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
Skill in Microsoft Office Suite
Skill in effective communication (in-person, virtual, phone, and mail)
Ability to analyze and research account information
Ability to handle stressful situations and provide a high level of client attention in a calm and professional manner
Ability to analyze problems and establish solutions in a fast-paced environment
Ability to use appropriate interpersonal styles and communicate effectively
Ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team
Ability to demonstrate competence, dependability, and responsibility

Series 7
Series 63, 65 and/or 66 as required by state
Education: Bachelor’s: Finance
Work Experience: General Experience - 7 to 12 months
Certifications: Securities Industry Essentials Exam (SIE) - Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA)
