Job Responsibility

  • High-quality inbound/outbound communication with bank debtors
  • Assess the financial needs and capacity of customers to make payments
  • Establish a debt repayment schedule with customers that aligns with established policies
  • Guarantee that all tasks and responsibilities are executed in complete adherence to regulatory standards and support the ongoing implementation of the Group's Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in telephone information and management of overdue debts will be appreciated
  • Human-centered and polite approach to debtor clients
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Flexible and negotiation-based way of handling requests
  • Proven professional experience in a similar position in the banking sector or in Financial Servicer
  • Familiarity working with a dialer system
  • Good command of the English language
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Comfortable working in a challenging environment and on deadlines
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Results orientation and self-drive to deliver a consistently strong performance
