Ensuring all financial planning and advice is provided in line with the requirements of the FCA including focus on consumer duty requirements and ensuring compliance with all other relevant industry rules and regulations.
Cultivating the client base and building relationships.
Driving organic growth through generation of new clients and identifying new advice opportunities with existing clients.
Keeping abreast of new industry developments
and researching the market to ensure that knowledge is current.
Keeping up to date with financial products and legislation.
Ensuring compliance with all requirements of an FCA certified function holder.
Ensuring CPD is completed on a rolling 12-month basis to the required standard and is sufficient and appropriate for the areas in which you are certified to provide advice and kept up to date at all times.
Maintaining performance standards in accordance with Consumer Duty outcomes and those outlined in the Key Performance Indicators section of the Training and Competence procedures.
Ensuring that SPS via a recognised body is maintained at all times.
