As a well-renowned and fast growing financial services company, Enva has some terrific opportunities for individuals who are looking to break into the financial advisory industry. Our Auckland team is currently looking to welcome a new cohort of driven Financial Advisers for the February 2027 intake. Recruitment for these roles has started now as level 5 qualifications need to be completed first. We will help support you in this journey to really set you up in a financial advisory career at the start of next year. This is a salaried role and high performers will be rewarded with generous quarterly bonuses for supporting clients in finding the right financial solutions.

Job Responsibility

  • Meet with clients face-to-face or on video to analyse their needs and tailor financial solutions for them
  • Build lasting relationships with clients, checking in on how their plans are going
  • Educate your clients on protection planning and wealth accumulation for how best they can plan for their retirement
  • Make use of the weekly referrals / leads that come your way to establish great client relationships

Requirements
