Job Description

Are you an experienced financial administrator who enjoys both hands-on production and ensuring financial accuracy? At our international consultancy, a solid financial foundation is key to our success. If you thrive on working with multiple entities across different countries and want to play a crucial role supporting our financial controller, we’d love to hear from you!

Job Responsibility

  • Processing and reviewing the financial administration of our various entities
  • Production work: one day per week dedicated to booking invoices and transactions, keeping the administration up to date
  • Control and review: one day per week focused on checking the different administrations to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Working with financial records from multiple countries (NL, BE, DE, UK, FR)
  • Supporting our financial controller and acting as a key link in the finance team

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a financial administrator
  • Strong command of English
  • Accuracy, reliability, and a proactive mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities
  • Curiosity about how financial processes work in different countries
  • A diploma in bookkeeping, finance, or a related field

Nice to have

  • Additional languages are a plus
  • Prior experience with international entities is not a hard requirement
